Job description :
Keep Company’s records of transactions with its numerous customers property/promptly and ensure completeness, reliability and accuracy.
Provide Customer Service in a professional and excellent manner to promote retention of Company’s customers for continued business
Attend to all Customers’ enquiries, complaints, requests and queries in a prompt and professionally efficient manner
Contribute to the development of an encyclopedia of accepted solutions to problems frequently presented by customers at the Service Centre.
Serve as a vehicle to obtain customer feedback for the use of the larger Company
Participate in providing technical back up concerning customer accounting to the sales force.


Job Required skills :

Education : BSC / HND in any discipline


Job Experience :
Minimum of 2 years work experience


Job Skills :

Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be attentive to details
Must have good analytical skill
Must possess good organizational skill
Must be a good team player
Must be a person of high integrity
Must be proficient in the use of computer (Template Light, Excel and Word)
