Job Description:
First Bank Nigeria is currently recruiting qualified and self-motivated graduates as Executive Trainees
Job Qualification
Minimum of second-class lower Degree or HND Upper credit in any discipline from recognized Universities or Polytechnics
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps programme.
Successful candidates will go through a structured induction programme and training period, which would provide good career options in the Bank.
Only candidates who have the flair for and desire to make a career in banking need apply.

Only short listed candidates will be invited for Aptitude Test

ReplyDeleteI think the discrimination in the qualification will not really help much in getting the competent candidate needed because anybody that is aware of what is happening in the Nigeria Universities today should not use that as a yardstick for measurement.Some people with low grade are actually very intelligent but because of one circumstances or the other find themselves in that mess.so i think consideration should be given to such people and that will only be done when everybody is given an equal opportunity participate.Thank you.
The result of the recently conducted First Bank Recruitment test is long been awaited,yet first bank is requiring applicants with requiste qualifications to apply,for another round of test. I think we need to know our faith regarding the one already taken,before another one.while writing the test,the offiials told us that results of the test will be communicated to us through our email address and/or phone.uptill now i'ven't hear or receive any of such information on my phone or through my email.i am appealing to the relevant authority to please send my result to me through my email or phone.My I.D.is 131898,my email address:emmanuelojeka@yahoo.com

ReplyDeleteI made a third class out of frustration. I am very sure that nobody with a first class can bit me, orelse he saw d question b4 d exam. Give everybody equal right and dont discriminate. Many of them sorted there ways and made d best results but cant defend them. Since, u will still train them, allow everyone to apply and go for the text.

For companies to be asking for so many years of experience is annoying and it goes to show that they are not ready to waste resources to train young ones

First Bank if you people like employ PHD, Professors and Masters it doesn't concern me after all it is commonly as a contract staff, well i always pity those rough for bank jobs becos is the most nonsense work so far.
