We are a privately owned International Telecommunications Maintenance and GSM Services Company with business offices across Nigeria and West Africa. To help us meet our new strategic direction, the following positions are now vacant in our Company;


Head of Managed Services: REF HMS
To oversee the entire operations and strategy concerning Managed Services, Responsible for the operational direction with budget, profit and loss responsibility. Establishes growth strategy and objectives, coordinating with company strategy, goals and standards. Evaluates results to determine if performance objectives are met. Develops initiatives for improving the market share and penetration for the business. Ensures that plans and policies are understood and administered by the management team. Uses strategic objectives as basis for establishing performance measures and incentive programs for management team.

Responsibilities:

- Formulates the strategy and the short- and long-term objectives of the business, including budget and ensure proper implementation,
-Oversees all functions for the operations such as preventive, corrective and event maintenance for all customers focused towards organizational goals and objectives.
-Plans and directs all policies and procedures within the operation.
-Stays current on all issues related to the Managed Services business in the market
- Develops strategic business plan for providing innovative services and improving the market share.
- Reporting on a weekly basis to top management on set objectives, target and goals of the business .
-Integrates Financial, Commercial and Operations business plans for optimal success
-Obtains agreement and involvement in the setting and communication of company's strategy and objectives to teams.
-Ensures proper functioning of all accounts as per set objectives.
- Identifies business growth opportunities. maximizing revenue and profit
- Ensure all financial controls and reconciliation systems are in place to support the operation.
-Ensure sound financial record and reporting and balance credit.
- Ensures optimal management of business risks, in other to achieve financial objectives and targets.
- Creates awareness for financial control measures in the operation.
- Identifies and takes into account marketing of services to potential customers both on a local and international platform.
-Build relationships with communities, business partners and suppliers, in view of improving on the business risk
- Organize, staff, manage, motivate and develop the human resources within the business in Line with the HR strategy, to optimize contribution to business results and to be an employer of choice:
-Establish and maintain effective systems of communications with staff.
- Represent the company with all customers in the concerned business.

Required Skills, experience and Background:

- Bachelor's in Engineering preferably in Electrical/ Electronics & Communication.
- MBA or other managerial qualification from a recognized institution.
- Must have a strong background in Telecoms Operation.
-Minimum 3 years experience at Senior Management level with successful track record ideally for the same company.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in the industry.
-An outstanding executor who excels in solving business problems and delivering solutions on time and on budget
- Able to operate in a performance driven organization.



Head of Passive Managed Services (GSM network): REF HPMS
This position will manage an area of the network for a world-class GSM Service Provider concerning Passive Maintenance. The passive element includes the power system, site accessories and structure together with janitorial. He will have to manage a team of supervisors, in-house teams and contractors.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the passive maintenance of the allocated area of the network.
-Manage all set KPI for passive maintenance in view of ensuring 100% efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Define different levels of KPl for all parties concerned in view of ensuring good level of service delivery.
- Devise' a good working plan for all preventive maintenance and monitoring the same for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Managing a complete database for all sites with fully updated records.
-Actively monitoring faults and ensuring that they are attended to within the set MTTR and with a "do it right the first time" policy.
- Managing and monitoring an allocated budget for the allocated area.
- Ensuring optimal resource configuration for managing operational cost.
-Managing a pool of resources and building capacity in the area.
- Working in close collaboration with the Network Operating Centre.

Qualification and requirements:
- BE Electrical or equivalent
- Management qualification MBA will be preferred.
- At least 4 years experience management of generator maintenance.
-Ability to work under high pressure.
- Experience at management level in a similar job will be an advantage.



Spare Part Management Assistant Engineer: REF SPMAE
This is an international position where the concerned candidate will work with our international partner. The candidate will have the responsibility to manage and distribute service parts for first line maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Warehouse and warehouse management
- Transportation and Dispatch
- Inventory management
-Service Availability: 5x8 and 7x24 in the emergency case.
-Dedicated Single Point of Contact
- Performance report

Qualification and requirements:
- Minimum certificate/diploma in any electrical electronics or communication engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in order processing and logistic handling
- Basic knowledge in logistic routines. Relevant training will be provided to candidates
