Job Description:
Leadership Talent Management and Development
•Act as National Talent Custodian for MTN Leadership Talent Management Programme
•Lead client engagements that align talent management objectives with corporate goals and provide positive operational outcomes
•Develop policies and guidelines around talent management/ talent development
•Advise business units on policies and processes that guide career management
•Facilitate and deploy MTN succession and retention plans
•Coordinate MTN Leadership Talent Management Programme viz Talent Accounting, Talent Demand and Supply Planning and Succession Readiness Management
•Advice individuals and divisions on cross posting/secondment requirements.
•Alignment of the Leadership Talent Management Programme with the local and talent pool management

•Manage career development tools and ensure update from time to time•Creation of an internal mobility programme / opportunities in MTNN
•Develop job enrichment and enlargement initiatives that ensure the fulfillment of employees.
•Counsel and guide employees in aligning and developing their skills to suitable career paths.Development Planning and Execution
•Identification of key and critical skills required in MTNN and generation of a talent pool of current employees with identical skills and aspirations.
•Develop the current skills of the employees to align with the future required skills of the business.
•Execute development frameworks such as project participation, Job rotation and Secondment that enhance the skills of employees to align with strategy of the business.
•Execute initiatives based on the review of the talent succession pool to ensure the productivity of employees to the business
•Manage and deploy MTN Nigeria Mentoring framework


Job Qualifications:
•First Degree in any Social Science discipline •Masters degree would be an added advantage •At least 8 years work experience of which 4 years should within the talent management/competency management function. (Learning, recruitment, performance management and career management) •Related HR Consulting experience would be an added advantage

Job Description:
Remuneration
•Develop and modify company remuneration strategy and implementation model according to market remuneration conditions and industry benchmarking
•Develop effective incentive programs that motivate all employees, and reward those employees, teams, and organizational units whose performance exceeds expectations
•Monitor market practice to ensure MTNN maintains a competitive position to recruit and retain talented individuals, while embedding and improving reward and recognition policies that drive and reward high performance.
•Coordinate annual remuneration survey
•Develop a reward strategy that supports business objectives, aligns and focuses performance and creates value for shareholders
•Oversee the alignment of reward programs for key talent with other key human resource strategies and policies
•Maintain pricing structure and job worth hierarchy
•Develop annual salary budget recommendation
•Provide expertise to line management on issues regarding appropriate salary recommendation
•Manage expatriate benefits administration
•Manage the administration of employee retirement benefits

HR Analytics
•Implement requirements for technology enablement of human resources activities
•Define workforce measures and targets
•Monitor and report impact on gap closure strategies and activities.
•Generation of metrics, reporting, variance and trend analysis.
•Interpret and implement initiatives from analysis on support systems and tools for potential enhancements (e.g. HR helpdesk functionality).
•Generate periodic HR reports (HR Sub Committee reports, Opex reports, management reports)


Job Qualifications:
•First Degree, preferably in the numerate field
•A Masters degree in a numerate field is desirable
•Relevant certification in compensation and benefit administration (World at Work) would be an added advantage
•12 years work experience of which at least 4 years should be in Reward Management
•4 years management experience


Job Title: Organisational Development Specialist

Job Qualifications:
