Master's degree in Library Science (MLS) from reputable university with six(6) years cognate experience.

Applicants are expected to be in a position to integrate Information Technology (IT) in Library Operations.

Possession of relevant IT qualification with evidence of its use in Library Operations is therefore a requirement.

Candidates are also to be member of relevant recognized professional associations.
