Job Requirement for Suitable Candidates:
Job Qualification
A Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences.
Possession of one or more globally recognized certifications in related Information Technology fields will be a distinct advantage.
Certification in Enterprise Architecture practice desirable.
Certification in Project Management.
Job Experience
7 years Post NYSC relevant technical experience.
Over 5 years experience in a Telecom/GSM sector and Information Technology
Overall Understanding of Enterprise Architecture Principles
Good understanding of GSM and related Telecommunication standards and infrastructure.
Expert Understanding of Application Integration Infrastructures
In-depth knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture concepts/paradigm, application and benefits
Systems Engineering/Development of multi-tier applications with extensive scripting and data-based applications
Multi skilled technical expertise across databases, operating systems, storage and applications is required. Overall Understanding of project management.

To develop the CRM and CEM framework, strategies, policies and procedures for the smooth functioning of customer experience activities in the organization
Job Main Duties and responsibilities:
Develop CRM management model, Monitor CRM tools and their applications.
Lead the development of customer centric models and trend tracking focusing on marketing responses, product propensities and customer lifetime value.

Oversee emotion curve plotting activities.
