Our client is a large independent local Telecom subcontractor specialized in installation of Turn-key cell phone tower installations for major GSM operators in Nigeria.JOB DESCRIPTIONRoll out Telecom Project Manager Position on Turn-key cell phone tower installations with a good knowledge in procurement of GSM equipment.RESPONSIBILITIES• Plan, direct, coordinate, the construction and installation of GSM Turn-key cell phone towers.• Oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation on different sites.• Manage a team of 5 engineers and directs and supervises workers on construction sites to ensure project meets specifications.• Requisitions supplies and materials to complete construction project.• Confers with supervisory personnel to discuss such matters as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.• Formulates reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, and scheduling.• Inspects and reviews construction work and reports to ensure work conforms to specifications.• Interprets and explains plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients.• Investigates reports of damage at construction sites to ensure proper procedures are being carried out.


Job Qualifications : • Qualified Project Manager, with a BSc or BTech Constr Management or equivalent qualification. • Experience in site civil work construction. • Experience in BOQ and sites drawing and design. • Knowledge in procurement of GSM equipment: Towers, fences, rectifier’s shelters, RF materials… • Knowledge of Health, Safety, Building prevention. • 6-7 years relevant experience in managing construction works. • Good communication and people skills. • Work experience in Africa is a plus. • Very good English. • Ability to multitask • Computer skills Attractive expatriate package See more offers at: www.adexen.com
