Job Description:
This position will report to the Group CFO. The job holder will be responsible for efficient
coordination of financial support across the group including preparation of the company’s
operating budgets, monitoring performance against targets and providing financial advice to the senior management team

Job Responsibilities
. Coordinates the periodic planning, forecast and budgeting processes across the business
. Coordinates the preparation of monthly management reports and business analysis to
support decision making by senior management
. Establishes appropriate/robust financial controls, processes and systems
. Ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting and reporting standards
. Provides strategic financial management and leadership across the business
. Implements an effective cost accounting system across the group
. Develops and coordinates the implementation of financial performance targets
. Coordinate the development of service level agreements to maintain internal service
standards
. Manages tax issues and ensures compliance with tax regulations
. Manages financial risks across the group
. Provides budgetary decisions to management
. Coordinates the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
. Analyses new business opportunities and capital investments and offer recommendations to
Senior Management

Job Qualifications:
A degree in Accounting or Finance or any related discipline plus a professional certificate (ACA, ACCA or its equivalent) 15+ years post qualification experience in Finance and Accounts or corporate planning function of a reputable FMCG company, with at least 8 years in a managerial role. SAP experience would also be beneficial
