educational requirement
interested consultants and specialists must posses the following minimum qualifications.
Phd in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 5years relevant experience
masters degree plus relevant professional qualifications with 10years working experience
post graduate diploma in education (will be an added advantage)


general requirements
ability to produce high quality consulting proposals and reports
strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
client satisfaction and business development skills
effective leadership and team performance management style
high level of work organization, technical competence and engagement management
