Head Of Finance

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

· Ensuring the smooth running of the finance function and working with the Managing Director to shape the future success of the business
Ensuring a high degree of accuracy in all financial documents; developing systems that will accurately record and report the company’s financial status to management and the board for effective decision making
·Overseeing preparation of the company’s annual budget and ensuring its effective implementation

Administering financial policies, procedures and work products in accordance with local regulations in each business location within the sub – region.
·Degree-qualified Chartered Accountant (an MBA or relevant post-graduate degree qualification will be an advantage) and aged 38 years or above. You will have a minimum of 12 years’ post graduation experience, five of which must have been in a management role within a multinational company or a blue-chip environment
Good knowledge of internal control procedures and management information systems; be familiar with office automation and computerized financial applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to communicate technical issues in a clear and understandable manner

Architect-interior Design

Job Qualifications: Degree-qualified in Architecture with a bias for interior decoration; good knowledge of the design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models


Operations Manager

Drive operating income by developing efficient processes to manage the company`s operational activities within set budget.
Oversee compliance to negotiated contract terms with clients and provide feedback regarding policies\processes and adherence to quality standards.
Design an effective reporting system that ensures comprehensive data is available for on-demand evaluation of business decisions and processes.

Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering (possession of an MBA will be an advantage) with 8 years` post -graduation experience of which three must have been at management level and aged between 35 and 40 years.
Extensive mechanical engineering experience of working with petrol\diesel powered equipment. Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to handle numerous details.
Possess sound analytical skills, as well as excellent reporting\presentation skills.

General Manager, Business Development

Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, retention and profitability of all accounts.
Optimize market penetration and renegotiate pricing with current customers while ensuring optimal pricing with new customers.
Develop new funding relationships and negotiate lower cost funds with fund managers to ensure profit maximization by the firm.

Degree-qualified with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, three of which must have been at management level (possession of an MBA or a relevant Masters Degree will be an advantage), and aged between 38 and 45 years.
Minimum of 5 years` of sales or other transactional experience within the financial services sector with good knowledge of credit\risk analysis and treasury\corporate finance transactions.
Excellent board\executive management level business presentation.
