Job Key Responsibilities/Skills: - Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
o Telephone and e-mail servicing of customers of the sales unit in connection with operative inquiries
o Processing of complaints and monitoring of payments receipts
o Preparing customer reports and transmitting standardized customer information
o Preparing invoices and checking invoices received

Supporting sales unit
o Coordinating customer acceptance process (initiating and following up)
o Supporting in the preparation of customer visits and in the preparation and organizing of customer events

Other Job Requirements: - Job Qualifications, Skills and Experience
 A good first degree from a reputable institution in business administration/banking/economics or a relevant discipline.
 Must be computer literate and have a good command of English (verbal & written) oral and written. Ability to speak and write in French will be an additional advantage.
 A minimum of 2 years banking experience. Experience in correspondent banking and trade finance is essential.
 Relevant experience in local banking laws and regulations, including CBN import regulation.
 General banking experience (deposits, loans) is required
