Job Title: Recruitment Manager

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and effectively implement a recruitment process in line with the overall organizational strategy

Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers

Advise managers on best practice recruitment and selection practices

Development of job profiles for positions within the organization

Manage internal and external recruitment process

Develop creative recruitment solutions

Develop and run relevant selection techniques including interviews, psychometric tests, etc

Keep up to date with current employment legislation and ensure that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes

Train staff on recruitment and selection related matters
Build contacts with relevant sources of recruits

JOB KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS :
Sound candidate evaluation ability

Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to use a wide range of recruiting strategies, methods, techniques and formats

Ability to design, develop, implement and evaluate recruiting plans

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION :

A first degree and a professional qualification in Human Resources

7-10 years hands on experience
