Ability of Vendor to meet Celtel Demand for PM resource within a reasonable notice

PURPOSE OF JOB :

Ensure delivery of the IS Project Portfolio within Time, Budget and Quality constraints

Ensure all IS projects conform to the IS Project Management Governance standards
Ability Ensure Timely and accurate progress reporting of IS Project Portfolio to all key stakeholders
