Job Title: Human Resources and Training Director

Key Responsibilities/Skills: -
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Guide and manage the overall provision of human resources services, policies and programs for the entire company

Develop an objective and effective performance management system for the organization

Prepare Ensure adherence to the organization’s policies and procedures

Direct training needs analysis, plan and implement training and development programs in the company

Direct the implementation of the organization’s policy on recruitment, performance management and staff exits

Develop and direct the implementation of the company’s compensation and benefits plan

Direct periodic job analysis / skills analysis to review job fit as required

Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization

Proffer and oversee the implementation of adequate staff welfare plans

Grievance management and implementation of disciplinary procedures

Job KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS :
Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures
Knowledge of designing systems and structures and the implementation of performance management, compensation and Benefits, Personnel management, Recruitment and reward systems
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION :
A first degree and a professional qualification in Human Resources

9 – 12 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
