Our Client Is Seeking A Full Time In-House Construction Manager To Coordinate The Services Provided By The Project Management Team, The Consultants And Contractors On Site For The Completion Of A State Of The Art Facility. Our Client Is a Church.


Qualifications &Experience


* Candidate Must Have A Degree In Architecture, Civil Engineering, Or Building With A Minimum Of 10 Years Active Working Experience In The Role Of A Project Engineer In A Construction Company Or In A Project Management Firm.

* In Addition, Candidate's Experience Must Include Work In Every Active And Large Construction Projects.

* Additional Qualification In Other Relevant Areas Of The Construction Industry And Attendance Of Relevant Training Programmes That Enhance Skills And Experience Will Be An Added Advantage.

* Good Project Management, Problem Solving, Negotiation, Relationship Management As Well As Organizational Skills

* Must Be Dynamic, Innovative And Passionate

* Excellent Oral, Written Communication And Presentation Skills
