Job Title:Inventory Administrator

Job Description:
Participate in inventory control
Reconciliation of weekly and monthly physical count to theoretical figure
Preparation of variance report on weekly and monthly count and resolution of variances
Ensure that all postings are up to date for correctness of ERP
Provide systems, policy and procedural support to all warehouses
Systems set up on IFS (Site, locations, part codes, descriptions)
Handle the disbursement of petty cash and ensure compliance to operational procedure
Keep original and duplicate copies of all receipts and related documents pertaining to inventory transactions
Ensure proper arrangement, monitor adherence to control and tracking of inventory
Keep Inventory Supervisor updated with information regarding stock/inventory levels
Keep records of inventory /stock levels and update the record after every inventory issue/receipt
Perform any other duty assigned to it by Inventory Supervisor

Job Conditions: Overtime and weekend work required Due to the nature and set up of the warehouses, working conditions are harsh, extreme temperatures, heavy equipment needs to be moved by staff using entire body even with the help of forklifts and other equipment

Job Required Skills
Job experience: Maximum of 2 years
Employment Status : Permanent
Job Qualification: First degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting
