The Bridge Clinic was established to provide high quality fertility treatment in Nigeria that is favorably comparable with facilities abroad. It is now recruiting for a Client Services Officer.

Job Location: Abuja

Description:

To aggressively sell the company’s services and increase number of clients (potential and existing clients)
To ensure service delivery is consistent and maintained at established standards.
Identify and resolve client concerns (escalate as required)

Follow up to ensure corrective action is taken to solve client complaints
Organise presentations to hospitals, associations, e.t.c
Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings
Monitor and analyze sales activity and Generate reports on weekly activities

Qualifications:

University degree/equivalent in Science Subject area
Experience in sales and marketing
Respect for individuals, Customer focused, Team worker
Communication skills – written, oral and listening
Innovative – creative thinker
Ability to priorities and work within tight deadlines
