Manage all HR, Administrative, legal, procurement and IT functions of the organization.
Establish and implement strategic HR efforts the effectively communicate and support the organization's vision.
Participate in the definition and development of corporate policies, procedures and programs and provide continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of all matters.
Develop new policies and coordinate policies and procedures regarding procurement processes.
Recommend and plan information technology to support and meet company objectives based on research and evaluation.
