Job Summary
Front End Main Line Supervisor required to work on our clients project based in Nigeria on a 12 month renewable contract, rotationally based (4x4)

Main Job Responsibilities:

*Assist the Project Management Team to ensure compliance with TEPNG and OML 58 Upgrade/ OUR Pipeline safety objectives throughout the life of the Project

*To supervise all early SITE activities of CONTRACTOR as part of immediate POST AWARD works (preconstruction survey, pipeline route setting up, trial holes, geotechnical work, accesses evaluation, buried services location…).
*To supervise ROW Clear & Grade, Pipe Stringing & Bending, Mainline and Repair Welding, and NDT, in order to achieve a proper execution of all contractor's activities and work for these areas and disciplines,
*To assess the seriousness and urgency of possible problems encountered by or with contractor, and, when necessary, to obtain an acceptable remedial actions plan from contractor
*To assess the relevancy of the construction related VORs issued by contractor, and prepare supporting data for the purpose of the internal VOR Review Meeting, under the responsibility of the Construction Superintendent,
*To maintain good relationships with contractor and Third Parties,
*Keep informed the Construction Superintendent of all events which may affect the successful completion of the Project goals,
*To co-ordinate the activities of the various company Inspectors in his area, and clarify the interfaces between their respective scopes of responsibilities when and as required,
