Director of learning and Development

The successful candidate will head the Department of learning and Development to ensure the Institute’s learning and professional role in manpower training and development.

The candidate must have had first class hands on experience in the management of learning and development processes in a reputable organization.

The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and management skills and a track record of examination will be advantage.

The successful candidate should possess a first degree in the Social Science, business or related discipline and a post graduate degree in Human Resources Management. Membership of the Institute and relevant professional bodies such as CIPM and NITAD are essential. Candidates will less than 10 years top management experience need not apply.
