Position: Director of Membership service

The successful candidate will head the Department of Membership service and manage its resources to ensure cutting edge service to, and relationship with all categories and cadres of membership in the institute, and also manage membership development processes.


He/she will also be responsible for membership Department organizational development and the integration of membership strategies and plans into corporate strategy.

Suitable candidates should be self motivating, goal oriented and largest achieving.

He/she must possess a first degree and a master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Social Services and must be a member of the institute.

Ten years cognate experience in a similar or related position is required for this position.
