Job DescriptionProvide professional inputs and advice to the ES Market Research and Analysis Manager in developing a propositions and ES marketing plan
Management of market research and analysis to support ES decision making in meeting targets for profitability and revenues, as agreed with the Manager ES Market Research and Analysis Manager
Commission enterprise solutions market research with the MTN Nigeria Marketing Department, specifying research requirements
Analyze and segment the Nigerian enterprise solutions market and develop analyses to support decision making about where ES products and services should be positioned in terms of quality and price.
Apply standard marketing tools such as Boston Matrix, Ansoff analysis and gap analysis to identify opportunities for positioning MTN enterprise solutions products and services in the Nigerian market to maximize profitable sale/revenues and to identify opportunities for new products and services
Full integration of quality management processes within the Market Research and Analysis Group and their effective deployment on a day-to-day basis
Use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets and take appropriate managerial action to ensure targets are met or exceeded
Provide performance data to support management decision-making
Ensure full compliance with telecommunications license provisions, sector regulations and competition laws.
Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external suppliers

Analyse customer satisfaction survey results, identifying trends, problems and issues with Enterprise Solutions service delivery
Work with the relevant account managers, ES Operations team and MTN Customer Relations Group to define service issues and develop recovery plans

Identify “risks” operational and financial impacts relating to the network and the billing system and any related systems and facilitate the implementation of required controls to correct identified risks
Lead the review of all revenue-related IT and network systems, following up with the implementation of recommendations
Implement and manage revenue assurance controls for business including error handling, switch to billing audits etc
Work with appropriate teams to monitor trend and analyze monthly revenue reporting, bill cycle trend
Initiate and facilitate revenue assurance projects within MTN Nigeria
Develop KPIs for measuring Revenue Assurance performance and demonstrating ROI in the short term as it relates to technology and operations
Perform any revenue assurance related requests made by management
