Golden Noodles Ltd., a Subsidiary of Flour Mills Plc. Has the following vacant position:

PLANT MANAGER – Ref: PM/GNL 01
• Has the responsibility for managing a team of over 200 staff to produce top rated quality noodles.
• Accountable for developing and implementing best practices in terms of quality, productivity, occupational safety and environmental control for plant operations.
Required Experience and Knowledge:
• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or chemical) or Food Technology.
• 5-8 years work experience in the food processing industry.
• Strong communication/people management skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
