R&D Manager - Lagos

Our Client, Headcount Solutions is a leading international recruiter provider based in Ireland, and we are presently working with prestigious client within the Foods industry who has asked us to assist them in the search for a new R & D / New Product Development Manager. The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

You will be responsible for facilitating new product launches in the manufacturing units whilst also to provide a complete technical service on packaging, material & vendor specification and quality control.

The successful candidate must have at least a minimum of 5-10 years NPD and packaging experience from a food manufacturing environment and be able to display a good overall understanding of the food industry. Experience in the dairy and beverages sectors would be a distinct advantage.
Excellent salary and package dependant on experience.
