A. ADMINISTRATION

GENERAL MANAGER

Qualification and Experience

A good honors degree with a well-rounded experience at the highest management
levels spanning over many years in a production based company. The Ideal
candidate must possess the requisite attributes to co-ordinate the various
divisions of the company to achieve challenging targets: he must therefore
demonstrate proven competence in team leadership, and an in-depth experience in
the multifaceted functions in a food and beverage processing

company.



B. PRODUCTION

(i) PRODUCTION MANAGER

Qualification and Experience

The Production Manager should be a highly experienced and fulfilled brewer,
looking for new challenges. He will therefore demonstrate an unrivaled
understanding of the production process of high quality beverages, with the
requisite personal discipline and leadership qualities to deliver consistently
to the highest standards.

(ii) SENIOR BREWERS

Qualification and Experience

A good BSc or HND in any of the following: Chemistry Biochemistry, Food
Technology, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, etc with appropriate requisite
on the Job experience in a brewery.

(iii) BREWERS

Qualification and Experience

A good BSc or HND in any of the following: Chemistry Biochemistry, Food
Technology, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, etc with appropriate requisite
on the Job experience in a brewery.

(iv) LABORATORY ANALYSTS

Qualification and Experience

A good BSc or HND in any of the following: Chemistry Biochemistry, Food
Technology, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, etc with appropriate requisite
quality assurance experience in a food and beverage processing

company



C. ENGINEERING

(i) CHIEF ENGINEER

Qualification and Experience

A good BSc in Mechanical Engineering With proven hands on experience in a
brewery or related industry spanning over several years. Experience in planned
engineering and management of a compact team for optimum performance are
indispensable.

(ii) MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

Qualification and Experience

A good BSc or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with appropriate
requisite on the job

experience in a brewery or related industry.

(iii) ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS

Qualification and Experience

A good BSc or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with appropriate
requisite on the job

experience in a brewery or related industry.

(iv) FILTERS/OPERATORS

Qualification and Experience

OND, City & Guilds or Final Trade Test Certificate with not less than two years,
industrial

experience in a brewery or related Industry.



D. MARKETING

(i) SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Qualification and Experience

BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any of the Social Sciences
with a valid driver's

license, and a proven and demonstrable driving proficiency. Previous experience
in the marketing of

consumable products will be an asset.

(ii) VAN SALESMEN

Qualification and Experience

WASC or equivalent with several years experience in sales and distribution of
consumer products.

Candidates with lower qualifications but with proven aptitude and experience may
be considered.

Possession of a valid driver's license and demonstrable driving proficiency are
indispensable.
