Job Responsibilities
• Achieve set targets and contribute to development and growth of the business
• Acquire new clients and maintain and service existing clients; achieve standard service levels
• Participate in the development and presentation of sales proposals
• Collect and communicate market/client feedback and participate in the development of business initiatives
Competencies• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer orientation• Self-drive; good interpersonal skills and strong work ethics.
Job Qualifications:
• First degree in marketing or related field
• Minimum 3 years sales experience with proofs of achievement Aged between 28 – 35 years.
An experience in Sales of luxury products will be added advantage.

• Monitoring Sales Teams’ performance and motivating them to achieve targets
• Coordinating, compiling and analyzing sales figures and reporting back to management
• Market research and collecting customers’ feedback.
• Keeping up to date with company products, services and with the competition
• Business development and directly dealing with some major client accounts
Competences:
• Self-drive and result orientation
• Sales planning and achievement
• Excellent communication and persuasion
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Good interpersonal and relationship management ability • Willingness to travel
