Position: SENIOR ENGINEER, ACCESS SUPPORT/OPERATIONS. MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING
Reports to: Manager, Access Support/Operations.
Locations: BAUCHI, KATSINA, & MAKURDI.

Core Purpose
• To assists the Manager, Access Support in the implementation of an effective framework for the operation and maintenance of the BSS and provide support on all operational TXM equipment.

Summary Job Responsibilities
• Provides support on the network access & network performance management systems.
• Assists in the integration, management and administration of BSS & Access network platform infrastructure.
• Coordinates routine operation and maintenance programme/procedure.
• Collates relevant information on all TXM links and equipment, BTS sites and the radio network.
• Assists the Manager, Access Support in his effort to audit Vendor’s activities and ensures adherence to SLAs.
• Reviews and implements the recommendations of the internal audit function for improved services.
• Implements the function’s work programs and plans in line with agreed procedures.
• Assists to monitor the budgetary needs of the unit/function..
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Access Support
Requirements
• First degree or its equivalent in Engineering –related discipline.
• Post-graduate/professional qualification in relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Possession of MBA desirable
• Four (4) to Five (5) years post NYSC/relevant experience.
