Chief Security Officer (CSO)

The candidate who will report to the managing director will be responsible for the service delivery of the security team, and ensure compliance with the company’s security policies and procedure. He will also:

- coordinate all security logistics and manage the development of all security personnel
- develop and implement company’s security policies and regulations
- conduct risk analyses of the company’s facilities and operations and advise management on necessary actions accordingly
- gather security intelligence and carry out investigations
- provide awreness and enlightenment to all employees on security matters
- maintain liason with relevant security agencies



Educational/competency requirement:

The ideal candidate, who should be between 35 and 45 years, should possess at least second clss honours degree or its equivalent.
- a retired police officer with exemplary character, who attained a minimum rank of superintendent of police
- able to show evidence of competence in investigative, administrative and security duties while in service
- must possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure and achieve result
- must be computer literate



Remuneration:

N2million circa. Successful candidate will also enjoy 24/7 use of a car
