  1. i think employing people by age is despicable, not all young people are expert in thier fields and you asking for experienced people, you should know that the older people might have loads more experience.. basically, all i'm saying is make your application process an even playing field. do not employ based on age but based on what an individual can offer because at the end of the day, it comes down to making profit for your business or company.
