Description Purpose / Role
To support the development on site of a project-wide culture whereby contributes will execute the project with no harm to people or the environment. This will be achieved by playing a primary role in gaining the trust and confidence of the workforce and providing coaching, guidance, support and advice regarding SHE issues to all personnel.
Key aims and objectives
• To provide leadership by example in all aspects of SHE.
• Communicate with and support project and third party personnel in support of the achievement of health and safety objectives.
• Support the SHES Manager in ensuring project compliance with legislation, policies, guidance and best practice.
