Wema Bank Recruiting

Prospective candidates who wish to seek employment in the Bank must fulfill the following criteria:


Must have successfully completed their first degree in a reputable higher institution within or outside Nigeria
Candidates must have a minimum grade of 2nd Class Lower Division/Lower Credit
Must be a Nigerian or have the necessary work permits, if not a Nigerian citizen.

To become a member of the Wema Family, a potential employee will have to go through the following procedure:


Complete and submit a recruitment form
- Downloadable or online form
Write and pass an aptitude test.
Attend two or more interviews

Please note that ONLY those who are successful at all levels of our recruitment process will qualify for employment, provided there are suitable openings.

    You can submit the hard copy at any Wema Bank office. Preferably their head office or regional offices.

    the form is requesting for post to be applied for and there is no vacancy placement of job positions anywhere in the site, how do we fill that? when is it gonna close. thanks

    Why is it that banks in Nigeria need only graduates for employment, does it mean that undergraduates and o'level leavers must die of uuemployment? its not fair!!!!!!!ooooooo
