Participate in inventory control
Reconciliation of weekly and monthly physical count to theoretical figure
Preparation of variance report on weekly and monthly count and resolution of variances
Ensure that all postings are up to date for correctness of ERP
Provide systems, policy and procedural support to all warehouses
Systems set up on IFS (Site, locations, part codes, descriptions)

Job Conditions: Overtime and weekend work required Due to the nature and set up of the warehouses, working conditions are harsh, extreme temperatures, heavy equipment needs to be moved by staff using entire body even with the help of forklifts and other equipment
