The job holder is expected to ensure the integrity of systems, entries as well as and the proper execution of all outsourced IT functions in line with service level agreement. The position reports to head System security management.
Job Knowledge/ Experience/Skills

Accountabilities

●Daily review of Oracle Audit log file for unusual exceptions as unauthorized amendments, system fault reports, file corruption
●Ensure the monthly review of database capacity utilization
● Check regularly for the appropriateness of the access right, roles and privileges granted to users on the database and the core banking application
● Ensure integrity of system generated entries, data, programs, programming, physical infrastructures, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Network Operations and Communication activities of ICT, Business Software Support, E Business and Channels Support functions.
●Ensure continuous information security, audit and control checks on the Bank’s IT facilities and functions that will ensure system operation integrity, system availability, system generated txns integrity, system generated income/expense integrity, user security management, business continuity
● Ensure the proper documentation of all database changes or parameter settings modifications
● Review of password policy and maintenance including length and formats of passwords

Competency Requirements

● Minimum of a first degree in any field. A professional qualification in ACA, CISA, and CISM would be an added advantage.
● Candidate must have work at least 1-3 years experience
● Candidate must possess strong analytical and investigation skills
● Good Knowledge of System Security Management and oracle data base management
●Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and accounting and reconciliation skills.
●Detailed and Extensive Working Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and power point, Intranet Mailing facility and the core banking application of the bank.
