Subsidised internships and sandwich-training courses are an opportunity to gain firsthand experience of TOTAL’s business lines, fields of expertise, and culture.

The Group offers about 4,000 such courses a year. These courses are run directly by the employing branch (Exploration & Production, Holding, Gas & Power, Trading & Shipping, Refining & Marketing, or Chemicals).

Internships are available for people with a wide variety of academic backgrounds (from 2 to 5 or more years of higher education) and in a wide variety of locations (at headquarters, refineries, regional management offices and subsidiaries in France and abroad).

Job description :
Keep Company’s records of transactions with its numerous customers property/promptly and ensure completeness, reliability and accuracy.
Provide Customer Service in a professional and excellent manner to promote retention of Company’s customers for continued business
Attend to all Customers’ enquiries, complaints, requests and queries in a prompt and professionally efficient manner
Contribute to the development of an encyclopedia of accepted solutions to problems frequently presented by customers at the Service Centre.
Serve as a vehicle to obtain customer feedback for the use of the larger Company
Participate in providing technical back up concerning customer accounting to the sales force.


Job Required skills :

Education : BSC / HND in any discipline


Job Experience :
Minimum of 2 years work experience

Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be attentive to details
