The selected candidate shall have responsibilities for the human resource function as well a providing as a bank-wide basis, all the corperate resourcing needs of the organization.The candidate must also be dynamic, resourceful, team player who who clearly recognizes other business groups/divisions as internal customers whose needs must be met in an effective and cost efficient ,manner. A knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies is absolutely essential.
